1. Definitions

3. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bbc888 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid phone number. bbc888 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided.
5. bbc888 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an Account at its sole discretion, including where bbc888 suspects that eligibility requirements are not met.
6. Employees of bbc888, its affiliates, software providers, and payment processors, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to open a Member Account.

3. Account Responsibilities

1. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party.
2. bbc888 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purportedly from bbc888 requesting your credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bbc888 support immediately.
3. You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised it. In the event of unauthorised access, you must notify bbc888 support immediately.
4. You are responsible for ensuring that no person under the age of 21 accesses the Platform through your Account or device.
5. Account balances are non-transferable and may not be assigned or sold to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. All Account transactions on bbc888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
2. bbc888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, DuitNow QR, FPX, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at bbc888's discretion.
3. Deposits are credited to a Member's Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bbc888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the bbc888 Account holder. bbc888 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5. bbc888 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Members may be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
6. bbc888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
7. Real Funds are processed before Bonus Funds in all wagering activity unless a promotion specifies otherwise.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bbc888 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
2. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. The wagering requirement and eligible games will be stated in the promotion terms.
3. bbc888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagering completed before modification or cancellation will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of wagering.
4. Abuse of bonuses, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any form of bonus exploitation, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.
5. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. Only Real Funds derived from the conversion of Bonus Funds pursuant to a completed wagering requirement are withdrawable.

6. Gameplay Rules

1. All casino games available on the bbc888 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. bbc888 does not manipulate game outcomes.
2. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in licensed studios. Results are final once confirmed by the dealer or the system. bbc888 will not reverse a settled result except where a manifest technical error has occurred.
3. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, bbc888's system records will be used to determine the outcome of any unsettled bets. bbc888 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connection failures on the Member's side.
4. Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by bbc888's designated official result provider.
5. bbc888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where it determines that the odds were published in error, that the event was corrupted, or that the bet was placed after the event had concluded.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbc888 Platform. A violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one bbc888 Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other software tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies intended to exploit the Platform;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your bbc888 Wallet via your payment provider;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards bbc888 staff or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the bbc888 Platform — including but not limited to the bbc888 name and logo, software, game graphics, text, and interface design — is the property of bbc888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bbc888 content.
3. Any unauthorised use of bbc888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbc888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform.
2. bbc888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
3. bbc888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bbc888's control may result in temporary unavailability.
4. Participation in gambling activities carries inherent financial risk. bbc888 is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay. Members accept that gambling is a recreational activity and that outcomes are determined by chance.

10. Termination & Account Closure

1. A Member may close their bbc888 Account at any time by contacting bbc888 support. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in the Wallet will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.
2. bbc888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Member has engaged in fraudulent activity; (c) the Member's continued use poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to bbc888.
3. In the event of Account closure by bbc888 due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited. Real Funds will be returned to the Member subject to verification, unless the funds are linked to fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bbc888 holds its operating licence.
2. In the event of a dispute between a Member and bbc888, the Member should first contact bbc888 support to seek an informal resolution. bbc888 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
3. bbc888's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, promotional eligibility, or account status shall be final, subject to the Member's right to escalate to the relevant gaming authority in accordance with the licensing framework under which bbc888 operates.

12. Amendments

1. bbc888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects a Member's rights or obligations, bbc888 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Members.
2. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
